Hot Yoga Dublin is offering free online classes to the elderly and all frontline medical workers
Hot Yoga Dublin is a leading yoga centre run by sisters Jane and Jo-Ann Nolan.
They want to help people to stay active at home and gain from the benefits of yoga during these challenging times.
To show they care for those caring for us, the sisters are offering full access to their online classes completely free to all frontline medical workers. Those selflessly risking their lives just need to click on the ‘medical worker’ button on their website.
Also available for free is the Chair Yoga Membership Plan. If you’ve never tried yoga before, this is a great way for those cocooning or with restricted movement to do some easy stretches from the comfort of their chair at home, and to keep actively mobile. Members also benefit from guided meditation and mindfulness sessions.
Classes on offer are suitable for all levels of ability. Classes are taught by the regular studio yoga teachers and international guest teachers, and you can play them from home at any time. Choose your own time, place and pace!
Sign up at www.hotyogadublin.ie for a free seven-day trial. You can cancel at any stage and after the seven days, it’s €45 a month. The team is adding a minimum of six new classes each week, providing a growing collection that can be played and paused as needed.
