With over 15 years of experience and countless training courses our wonderful Melissa Curtis presents this mixed pace class of yoga & Pilates to get you back in tune with your body while bonding with your baby. This class will help you to regain your strength and energy levels in the comfort of your own home. Mum will work on her core, pelvic floor, upper & lower back, shoulders and sanity! There is a big emphasis on infant engagement & bonding in this class, facilitating fun, stretching, strengthening and learning for baby!
