Nurture the Water Element from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the quiet, reflective energy it brings. Release the entire back line of the body (calves, hamstrings and erector muscles) to allow you to settle into stillness and replenish your deep reserves of energy. Props required: Two same-size tennis or massage balls, two blocks (or a large blanket that you can fold firmly or roll).
