Rachel is an E-RYT500 yoga teacher based in Queenstown, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, and a proud member of the Yoga Medicine teaching team.

She has taught more than 5000 hours of classes, completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training with Tiffany Cruikshank and Yoga Medicine, and amassed hundreds of hours of training in Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition, Sports Training & Development, Mentoring and Yin Yoga.

Rachel is passionate about helping students gain tangible benefits from their yoga practice - like strength, stability, and clarity of mind. To spread those benefits even further, she writes regularly for health & wellness publications including Yoga International, Yoga Journal, and Yoga Digest. She takes her role seriously but takes herself lightly.
