Caoimhe O’Malley

I began practicing yoga in 2009 while training in The Gaiety School of Acting. Yoga was apart of my acting course and provided me with such incredible knowledge about the body, breath and mind. Since then it has been a constant practice in my life, and has hugely aided me in being mentally and physically prepared for my work as an actor; both on stage and screen. I love exploring and practicing different yoga styles; from Ashtanga to Yin – and all in between. I completed my 200 hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training in 2019 with Boston Yoga School, under the guidance of Ame Wren. I primarily teach Vinyasa Flow classes and love utilising the creative side of me to sequence dynamic and fun flows. I always like to bring a sense of play to my classes, and encourage my students to bring lightness and laughter to their practice.
